Lindsay Amos is the founder of Amos Comms, where she advises startup founders and investors on communications strategy. From 2018-2024, she led communications at Y Combinator (YC), building the YC brand and guiding more than 3,000 startups on narrative, launch strategy, and media. In 2010, she was one of the first 30 employees at Square and its first communications hire. She worked on the team that designed and executed the comms strategy for Square's IPO. She also directed technology communications at Meta, overseeing global engineering offices, data centers, infrastructure hardware, and sustainability initiatives.
